Anyone who has an owie of any kind, goes to an emergency hospital, and can receive care. They SHOULD pay for the service, but some people say they can't.

some say they can and are told this is going to cost millions, and the social worker signs them up for medicaid.. they say we are not qualified for medicaid and the social worker says do not worry it takes a year to complete the approvals and in the meantime payments start up right away. Oh, don't worry you will not pay back what the state paid, you are just dropped from the program. huh..... real world.

To become beholden to the government, means people lose their own humanity...their own manhood and womanhood....they become objects.

True - this is the very definition of not being a free person. We are not children and we do not need the government in loco parentis. Regressing collectively into a sort of a national "nursery" should not be an option for the future of this country.
