Currency debasement - market adjustments?

Currency valuations simply have to adjust to reflect overall market conditions. Currency markets are one reality that political poop can't change.

When the policies of a country discourage domestic energy production and massive imports result - the imports have to be paid for.

When the policies of a country increase the cost of domestic production - the price of exports has to drop in terms of foreign currencies.

When the policies of a country finance operations by deficits instead of taxation - the supply of the currency has to grow artificially.

Personally, it is currency that will force things into balance.
