I wouldn't be surprised if the HUI went up 5x from its recent lows. After all, that is what it went up from late 2000 to mid 2002. But in his article the HUI closed at 405. If it goes to 3,000 (yeah, that in itself is a stretch), there are going to be one hell of a lot of stocks rising a hell of a lot more than 5x.
