I was not really commenting on the fundamentals of DNR's properties but rather the fundamentals of their management.
Also, as I stated, Stan Bharti is proven capable of delivering.

However, when I see a financing where the brokers are given a 50%
over-allotment option with a management that loves to print paper
then it is a warning that shuffling paper is more important to them than developing a company with the least possible dilution.

For some background you may wish to look back at Williams Resources gone bust, more recently Beartooth Platinum a prolific share issuer, BTP 160 mil shares. Crowflight CML, 250 mil shares.
Ecu one would have to regard as a success even with 250 mil shares out, then again it might have been a success with half that number issued.

My only point is to be aware of the management style an invest with that in mind.

Cheers,
Ogi
