Really weird and cool. Initially anti-clockwise but now clockwise and she refuses to switch back. Have to try again later.

Even though I truly enjoy watching naked women, I only see her moving counter-clockwise. I guess my right brain doesn't exist.

Too funny... I see it clockwise and can't reverse it for the life of me. Some of my synapses are clearly not firing...

Edit- I finally see it counter-clockwise for a bit, but it always reverse back to clockwise.

For me she was going clockwise and I couldn't turn her around until I was reading the text, then she switched without any effort on my part. I find it odd that spatial perception is grouped apart from math and science. I always thought it a mathematical skill.

Initially I saw it as counter-clockwise rotation. After about 1 minute looking out of the corner of my eye, I was able to see the figure going in the clockwise rotation. Then, no matter what I did, I could not see the figure go counter-clockwise. I became suspicious that it is a programming trick, rather than an optical illusion.

Firstly clockwise. Reversed with some effort. Try telling yourself which way it is going after not looking for awhile, then look again. That tends to make it happen for me. Cool, thanks nigel.

OT: Didn't spend much time with it trying to see it change directions. Always saw it as clockwise.

Edit: Just tried looking out of the corner of my eye and saw it clearly for a few seconds as counter-clockwise. While I was still looking, it switched back to clockwise. Neat.

heh, heh... Which column are "risk taking" and "fantasy based" in?? This is the biotech valuation thread.

No matter how many times I go to the site or reload the page, clockwise. But I can get it to switch direction by focusing on the text.

Clockwise only - could not get it to reverse.

I must have been brain damaged as an infant since the "Left brain" list best describes me. :-)

To switch directions, look at the text and imagine the foot tracing a circle in the opposite direction.

Funny thing is that my initial response was to see counterclockwise. I then began reading the text and looked back - clockwise.

The other thing I noticed is that watching her counterclockwise is somehow more relaxing than clockwise.

What rotation? She clearly is beckoning to me and trying to tell me her phone number--but I just can't make out the digits, regardless of which side of the brain I listen with. Very frustrating. Well, I'm going have to stop staring at her, or my wife will become suspicious....

Clockwise vs Counter Clockwise.....but the real question is how many of you recognized the dancer's pole in the image? I did, but don't tell my wife!

Wonder if there's a correlation with left or right handedness? me, clockwise, left handed.

That is really cool...

Looking at the figure straight on I see clockwise and my mind says 'of course' it is clockwise.. BUT if I look at the dancer with my peripheral vision, from the either the left or right I get counter (anti) clockwise easily and consistently ...

blackie

EDIT: Simply closing one of either eye still shows clockwise for me.. Seems the angle counts ?

Not as appealing as staring at a pole dancer, but this is still another cool optical illusion site...
