(VCLK) announced that revenue for the third quarter would be approximately $156 - $157 million compared to its prior guidance range of $155 - $165 million. Analysts on average, expect revenues of $159.02 million. Revenue was negatively impacted primarily by continued weakness in lead generation, which is included in the Media business segment, partially offset by better than expected results in the Comparison Shopping segment. The company said it expects that diluted net income per common share will be within its prior guidance range of $0.16 - $0.17. Analysts on average, expect earnings of $0.16 per share. In addition, ValueClick expects that third quarter 2007 adjusted-EBITDA will be at or above the mid-point of the company's prior guidance range of $38 - $40 million. Based on preliminary third quarter 2007 results and its current outlook for the fourth quarter, ValueClick currently anticipates that fiscal year 2007 revenue will be in the range of $635 - $640 million compared to its prior guidance range of $645 - $660 million.
