what kind of sacrifices might the Fed make? It's an interesting choice of words, to say the least fed has already shown they are ready to sacrifice the USD to "save" wall street bogged bankers down in subprime slime... but since he said 'sacrifices' plural, i would say they are also willing to sacrifice whatever is left of their credibility wrt 'price stability' vis a vis inflation how either of those scenarios contribute to the 'long-term health' of the economy defies all logic
