Bailouts for everyone. We party tomorrow. Yahoo! -g- Precisely
why foreigners are bailing. 60 bad earnings and 2 in line -
time to celebrate! Stocks sometimes do go up during the BK of
this kind.

Nothing will matter if they keep selling, as much lower p/e
will be needed if bond rates sky due to weak dollar, as
stocks p/e is related to bonds yield. The dollar dropped
from 87 to 78 in the past year, so... if earnings appear to
rise 11.5 percent, that just means they kept up with the
dollar devaluation.

Lots of stats appears to be growing at the same time as, in
fact, we are going broke. If we are in the dollar crisis,
TNX should sky soon and put a pressure on stocks due to
portfolio rebalancing.

The bottom line: foreign inflows are falling off a cliff.
If they keep falling, expect a crisis of epic proportions.
This is the cost of the Fed bailout and their prior bailouts.
