Actually, I do know how to use google, a skill that apparently eludes you. And the search string you entered will give you a lot of useless hits. Basically anything with each of those words in it, whether or not it actually contains that phrase. So, you know, you should get a lot of hits for "Barny Frank" and Congress. Even you should be able to figure out why. Ok, maybe not. Suffice it to say that since he is in Congress, you will get a lot of hits for that reason alone.
