last aug 17 in his speech in new hampshire. "In New Hampshire on Thursday, Giuliani continued to defend his record on the issue as New York's mayor, saying "I took a city that had just about the highest illegality rates in the country and took it down to one of the lowest." perhaps we should get more information on why he fought the way he did. were they going to pull federal funds from nyc at the time. were they requiring nyc police force , i expect under staffed at the time to arrest and have nyc pick up all expenses to contain these illegals. was illegals the problem we have today as large an issue a decade ago. I doubt it was on many people's agenda. Move forward to today.. Rudy supports security at the border etc.
