Cheney tried to get away with shooting the guy in the face when he didn't know if it was a fatal wound or not. first thing he did was have the victim taken to a remote hospital in a tiny hamlet his war profiteering CEO pal owned lock, stock and barrel. Not the closer public hospital. If the victim had died Cheney would have covered it up and lied about it. Then Cheney made the guy apologie to him for getting in the way. Cheney was also drinking. And his idea of hunting is for rich ranchers to buy huge cages of birds then let them go right in front of him so he can massacre the poor birds for "fun". Nice guy.
