At least Kerry GOT to VietNam. Not like Bush and Cheney. Those guys did everything they could to DODGE the draft. Are you going to vote for McCain this time around? He's a guy that went to WAR and was HEROIC while he was there. Oh, that's right, you listen to Limbaugh, who avoided the military because of a boil on his butt. He's YOUR hero..

Kerry was a stellar war hero who volunteered for combat even if the Vietnam War seemed like a very bad idea. Bush-cheney and all the other major rightwing leaders totally evaded combat all their lives. Not a single one of them or any of their kids ever served in combat, and those were all deliberate decisions to evade duty and sacrifice. When is the tough-talking but actually wimpy hypocritical rightwing who claims to care about our military going to apologize to the Silver Star winners they smeared and call for a full investigation into the murder of Pat Tillman and the lies that got our military mired in Iraq? Never. Because they don't give a damn about our military or real war heros and never have, only mammoth war profiteering defense contractors and fleecing the taxpayers.
