But, (Is London going to take over as financial capitol of the world?) is too cute by half as a political question in the last debate. The query might work when the final two candidates for the POTUS job are in their face off. Your point about Guiliani and the NYC mentality is a good one. Rudi certainly has that "NYC is the center of the universe" perspective.
