Frankly, old candidates kind of scare me

Only three republicans under age 60.

The republican age spread is from 51 (Brownback) to 72(Paul). Although, Paul is anything but a republican.

Guiliani is 63 and Thompson is 65. Huckabee is 52.

McCain is 71 and Mitt is 60. Hunter at 59 and Tancredo at 61.

Mrs. Bill Clinton is 59. Obama is 46(and naive according to clinton). John Edwards is 54.

Gore is not running. Having too much fun snipe shooting.

Thats why we have to have a good VP as well....But look at what happened with JFK....he was young, and he still died/was killed in office. LBJ was a bad choice for VP, and that had nothing to do with his age.

Older people have more experience and generally aren't as brash as younger folks ....

On another piece of that, though......it scares the stuffing out of me to think that currently Nancy Pelosi is 3rd in line for the Presidency!!!!! That would be very very bad news indeed.
