That's only because the gov't really doesn't want to quarter troops in your home. If they did, we'd be hearing how we're not really at peace, and "house" doesn't mean an apartment complex.

No other Amendment is under attack

Well the first is, if not to the same extent. No one argues it should be repealed or that its some sort of group right, but they push for, pass, and even get accepted by courts, laws that infringe on it.
