There are many people who are qualified to be President so why not elect a woman or black person Because I don't agree with the two running.

Who is "qualified" in your mind? You stated that you would not vote for someone who authorized the war, you are against the war, and you support Hillary. Hillary is not qualified, but she is the best candidate the democrats have... Mitt Romney and Giuliani are more "qualified" than Hillary, but are they who we want as the President of the United States. Your problem is that you are inexperienced at hiring people and you have yet to appreciate the ramifications of electing just party members instead of seeking the best candidates.
