No alternative argument from me. I guess I'm just flabbergasted that someone is giving Bush credit for succeeding at something that he's allegedly trying to do. Most say he is failing at everything! If it his intent to NOT let the market crash and he is successful in doing that, at least your objective enough to give him "credit" for it. Few are that kind to him! <G> Having said that, we all know that Presidents routinely leave economic shoes to fall during the next administration. Even the last popular President did that with the economic downturn that was inherited by this administration's first term. Politics is ugly business ..... but it is THE #1 priority of ALL politicians. Never mind what they leave for the next person. Pat
