I own a position. Realize that it is valued for high probability of bankruptcy right now. It is somewhat surprising, since SPF has better balance sheet than BZH or WCI and these stocks held up much better. (BZH technically even violated loan covenants, but still it's holding up). Either someone knows something or the somewhat-toxic convertible deal is to blame or it's a lemming run.

At this time, I would suggest to buy a package like ITB instead of a single company. :) But you are welcome to join me with SPF. ;)
