So, you support Democrats because you don't want caps on jury awards? and Republicans definitely want reasonable caps in order to prevent the following injustice.

Do you sue MDs?..those lawyers in particular are causing shortages of healthcare in rural areas. It's really an emergency situation in many areas of the US..all due to extravagant jury awards that make doctor's insurance spiral and cause them to flee to urban areas. Evidently there's better financial protection from lawyers and law suits in larger medical practices.

How would Hillary's gov-run healthcare effect your bank account? She would probably insist the Dem-controlled congress pass bills making medical lawsuits illegal or at least place caps on awards and legal fees.

BOSTON (AP) -- Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick, a one-time Clinton administration aide, has decided to endorse Barack Obama over rival Hillary Rodham Clinton in the Democratic presidential primary, The Associated Press has learned.
