I think it may be answered by the BKX and the housing index,
it could be flight to safety from poor credit. That and
the dollar peg: a sharp drop of the dollar is forcing
countries that still peg their currencies to the dollar
to buy the treasuries. In particular, someone bought 70
Billion at the end of September. There was no such flow in
August, as the dollar index hardly declined. Maybe also
manipulation to some degree -g-
