I had heard that water was on the verge of being rationed. I did not realize it was so turtles could have their fill before humans. It is only fair, they are just animals and can't address the issue on their own. So we have people with the brains of turtles relaying what they want. Heck the greens are probably channeling turtles; that would explain why the want to tell us wat to do.

BTW _ Are turtles a little slower mentally? Maybe the channeling has a permanent impairment. <g>

Water is another issue where the price of a commodity is often controlled or subsidized. Few places should run out of water, if its scarce just let the price increase, but instead it gets allocated by politics, so you get lavish use in some places or on some activities while others are supposed to tightly ration their much smaller use.

I guess you've guessed by now that I'm a serious opponent of any type of government price control <g>
