"Why don't you guys secede and get it done with? " Look at the map. Without Quebec, there is little choice other than to join with the US. You might want to dispute the choices, but the reality is pretty binary. Bottom line is that Quebec is important to the Canucks if they want to be an independent country. Which, like with Mexico, isn't in the cards. Quebec will go their own way. And that means the rest of Canada will have no choice. I tell you this three times.
