You are making a lot of assumptions.

With a good healthcare policy and competency in the Whitehouse, providing health care for the poor does not take away anything from anyone else. In fact that is what Hillary has proposed.

Sure, if you continue electing current WH types, you can very succesfully make all these nasty self fulfilling prophecies.
