i am figuring to use it on the week day mornings as office

week day nights as rental love nest for folks who need such a facility in a family neighborhood

and weekends for couples who wish to de-camp to stanley and partake in its food, wine and atmosphere

by doing so, i can probably ramp the rental yield to 25%

and so buying the rest of the building in what ... if i leverage up and buy another unit ... two units earning 20% per annum ... two additional units purchased on leverage basis per year ... 8 years, all mine, the entire building and its footprint
