goldworldnet, You are quite correct. FWIW, I have not eaten a Twinkie since I was 10 or 11 years of age. Over the years, I have had occasion to read printed Twinkie shelf life expiration dates. Lawdie, but we should all live so long! <g> Fortunately for me, I seem to lack the "sweet tooth gene," although I do enjoy New York cheesecake, especially the ones that I make myself. Very little sugar and flour in those cheesecakes. I also make a great Black Russian pie which is to die for (if I do say so myself). - Holly
