What is wrong from wringing out a few gallons from such things as sawdust which for the most part are now only waste?


That article was about ethanol made from corn - no mention of making biofuels from waste. I doubt anyone is against making fuel from garbage cheaply, so spare the straw man argument.

We can do it and be in the lead or we can let another more progressive country walk all over us.

Let those other countries try to do the modern version of turning lead into gold. If you can get fuel profitably from trash, someone will do it. Having our Bureaucrats in DC involved makes sure it will be a boondoggle.
