As you know I do a lot of cooking. The days of a secret ingredient are gone. I don't know why there are more food allergies, but there are and nuts are a big one. I have one friend with a nut allergy and we eat out or on the grill. I use so many nuts and nut oils I'd be afraid to even use my cookware.

Edit: And what are you doing in a bakery every day donught man. Is that the prescribed diet for high BP:)

I just opened a can of smoked oysters. The wrap had an allergy alert: "WARNING: contains oysters"
