Looks like the domino's are starting to fall. This should be another shove on it. Hope they chirp like birds. I wish the fines were steeper. This is a slap on the hand comparing it to what they stole. I feel like they should be stripped of all their assets as this would show them what it felt like to the shareholders they stole them from. My dream of what I want to be when I grow up was a Judge. I suppose for their sake I didn't make it there. I'd have them eligible for your local General Assistance Program and Food stamps. I've about as much sympathy for them as they did for us.

You losers missed a great presentation by Byrne. He had audio's of Dan Calarusso (NY Post) telling Greenberg and Dave Kansas that they can destroy Byrne and use the media access to do it. Byrne also presented a copy of the standard Gradient time Card. Along with the blanks spaces for projects works, sick time, holiday, vacation, and personal time spaces was another line item that is part of the print of the timecard - Milberg Weiss. Gradient actually has Milberg weiss on a stadndard employee time ticket the way vacation and holidays are listed. Q: What would a research firm need to have an account printed on their timeticket for a class action attorney. BTW...Byrne also presented evidence of unusual trading ahead of the lawsuits they filed where Gradient was covering the stock. The data presented common short sellers in those securities and listed nearly a dozen or more class action lawsuits filed by Milberg that linked to teh shorts and to Gradient (Greenlight, Rocker, SAC, Chanos)
