Gains in the homebuilders valuations will preceed real estate market conditions by a length of time too long for most to believe and long enough to discourage and flush out the early contrarians.

I've worked for RYL for 30 years as an outside contractor, as well as a multitude of other US and multinational corporations. You'd be lucky to find any other US corporation that is run as tightly as RYL.
