I read it. I agree with him. He's patient, I'm patient. If there is one thing I've learned is that I don't need to own anything. If you had bought the HBs after the last downturn you sat on pretty much dead money for a long time. You didn't necessarily lose because they made most of their move down in the first year after they started the downturn, but they sure didn't come roaring back. RE was moribund for at least five years and then, even when they were making money people didn't want to buy them, they had multiples way down there for years. You had plenty of time to get onboard. I just think there are better places for me to put my money at this point.
