Sounds like the foundation just took advantage of Rush's public offer to leverage their charity. Good for them! I wonder if Rush ever thought in his wildest dreams that he'd have to cough up 2.1 mil? Sounds like Rush was a chump, a sucker! With "friends" like that, who NEEDS enemies? He may have to cut back on the Hillbilly H and what he lays out for the pimps of the central American boys..
