Those are for businesses investing in the technology - I want my personal subsidy - otherwise I'll just keep paying for power to some subsidized utility - twice in fact once for the subsidy and once for the power. No thanks. We already use a well for our water and pay less than $125 split five ways for power yearly - trouble is the power goes out regularly due to winter weather and we'd like to use some batteries and solar but the battery costs to run a 3/4hp motor is so high no one wants to pay for the system. It'd be cheaper to build an above ground storage tank and use gravity.
