Ok Richard, you still know that Brinker sent the October newsletter mentioning NADA about any model portfolios. SAid to use up to 1/2 of the money you had in cash reserves raised including monies from the model portfolios. Up to this very moment SEVEN FULL YEARS LATER Brinker has never said to sell that position. He simply doesn't talk about it--for up to 1/3 of an entire portfolio. And you apologize for this guy.

Now as you know also that you picked one sentence out of TWO ENTIRE PAGES THAT WERE DEVOTED TO TOUTING THE QQQ FIASCO from that November newsletter that said he wasn't going to put the QQQs in the portfolio bookeeping on page 8. But he was almost rubbing his hands at the "OPPORTUNITY for "much greater than 20% gains" in just a few months and urging people to buy at certain prices. One would have had to be a complete idiot if they trusted Brinker at all to have sold the QQQs based on the November 2000 newsletter that was pimping the call to the max as a can't miss proposition. The best thing that could happen your boy Bobby said was that the QQQs "retested the lows" By golly he got that wish didn't he? How'd your guy do on that idy, Richard?

1) recieved that totally stupid bulletin and ACTED on it

2) read the two pages of BS that he wrote in November that touted the "OPPORTUNITY" he had "IDENTIFIED" in the QQQs and that the gains could be much greater than 20% in just a few months--you quoted one sentence out of two pages of BS that said he wasn't going to place the results on page 8.

3) You say you are looking at the December newsletter. He again used the entire commentary section to pimp for that QQQ fiasco. Not a word of warning or risk or anything else--just hype.

And we can go into 2001 newsletters where again Brinker will honestly explain that those following his advice will have up to 32% of an entire portfolio in QQQs.

Why did you stop chastising Brinker for this duplicity and start apologizing for it?
