Looks like the Fed is willing to whitewash a gigantic fraudulent set of transactions to me -- added to the others by CITI et al, it looks like $100 billion dollar shell game where the 'market' is little more than price manipulation by a bunch of people who all have the same toxic waste sitting just an inch or two off their books and will sell it back and forth to each other to make it look like it is arms length -- too bad Enron didn't think of something like this and simply apply for exemptions from the law. Make fraud legal and the problem goes away -- sweet.
