Calling Stark merely a "goofball" is an insult to goofballs! He is one of those arrogant SOB's who is willing to say or do anything to maintain his personal power. Given his base in Nothern CA, there is virtually no one to require him to conform to even minimum standards of appropriate rhetoric. Pelosi did make a tepid remark about refraining from referring to the President in a "personal way", but that accomplished nothing. Stark sounds like a serial hater.
