this is what I think fruitwater is.... there is no sugar in it, it has less fructose than fruit... and most important, negligent calories compared to milk. Not sure what you are thinking of, but anyway, my objection is to milk as an only choice. Water as long as it is presented correctly (ie in a bottle and not expect kids to go to the drinking fountain to get water) is ok also.

Milk is a high fat food and we have fat kids. How can you justify it? Not many countries push milk on their kids the way the US does. You sure you are not reacting to the dairy lobby?
