Yes, so it seems. But this is just the beginning. This is a huge business, largely under the radar until recently.

I think it's going to get more interesting as court processes bring discovery. How were trades handled? Were shares actually delivered as promised?

There are multi-faceted incentives to scam here. Now information will be provided and lower level employees will start to "cooperate."
