I find that five minutes with a propane torch gets the nut to red hot, then when you spray the bolt with CO2 from a fire extinguisher -and- reef with both arms on a 4 foot cheater bar, it works even better than WD40. If you have a couple of days and nothing else works, wrap the nut with a poultice of milk bread sponge.
