The Saudis & their neighboring Arabian oil cartels are everywhere. They own a lot of everything. I wouldn't surprise to see ARSD to blow pass $20 in next year.

Nowadays few people actually demand stock certificates. The latter are with the broker. So the broker can style these as
"assets". The same with banks. Of course we don't know what fraction of the trillion are the various customer owned shares.
In any case I wouldn't touch any US broker with a three meter pole.
