I made a mistake in thinking the following was a quote from Harvard:

"We have evolved to absorb vitimains and minerals from plants and animals not pills.
Vitimins are a tremendous watse of money, eat salads,
Eat broccoli rabi, drink wine!"

I didn't realize the mistakes, both spelling and nutritional, were yours.

Please accept my apologies.

Yes, some nutritional supplements, like some forms of vitamin C, as passed through the body without being metabolized properly. Hence Harvard's rather cheeky "expensive piss" line (which is a old line, by the way.)

The rest of your post, including referring to Dr. Willett as my buddy, the baseless allusion to my assumptions, and your statement about needing a college degree.... wastes of time in terms of my responding. I learned a while back here on SI that even some of the brightest posters can devolve into virtual ad hominem producing machines when politely confronted. I avoid them.

I believe I've found yet another in you.

Now back to the real estate market.
