That's atrocious. Imagine raising taxes and spending! One should simply borrow, borrow, borrow and spend, spend, spend. Deficits don't matter.

The liberal-led Democratic Congress quickly rescinded its promises of fiscal responsibility, outspending the Bush administration by $20 billion even on the Iraq war supplemental.

I have to agree. The DLC seems to think that they can out-Dumbyasshole the Dumbyasshole! They are so pathetic and so un-original!

But these are not liberals by any stretch of the imagination! 90% of the Democrats, and 99% of the Regressive Republicans, are corporate stooges.
