Fine, then you will go with individual rights and for the most part the State stays the hell out of the way. Therefore, anyone can carry firearms -- no government licensing, monitoring, etc. We can phase out the BATF. All drugs are legal and unregulated as they were for the first 150 years of our country. We can disband the DEA. Education will return to the private sector. We can get rid of the Department of Education. We can also rescind and phase out all government-sponsored and managed social agencies and most regulatory agencies. Of course, after all this there would be quite a number of empty federal prisons.
