look at it from the conduit boys side. Or the lenders side. Or anyone who is a survivor at this point. Nobody wants to take the blame. It's all the other guys fault. It's all about extending the loan. or putting some kind of fixed income 'workout' twist to it. (the bean counters are having a hard time putting a square peg in to that round hole.) that's it. life goes on.
