"the company had difficulties with provisioning orders for its services" Translation: we couldn't figure out how to connect our equipment to provide promised services to customers. Talk about the dog ate my homework! Well now I see why the CFO threw in the towel, but wtf provisioning orders is not the CFOs job (or god help us if it is). My fear was that the company got tripped up by the squirrly credit markets (that may yet come) but this looks like good old fashioned ball dropping.
