[TVIN] Postulation and speculation, maybe and perhaps, note the wording in the first sentence from yahoo board >>>A $10 million contract announcement with FEMA should boost the stock above $1 again. I have no knowledge that this is in the works but there is a lot of stock moving right now. Those in the know that no contract has yet been signed are selling, IMHO. Maybe there is competition to get the work?<<<<
