"Idiot, what I said was that now it is OUR headache! Whether or not Saddam had problems with the Turks - who the f*** cares?!

Me.

============

BTW: Moron was once applied to people with an IQ of 51-70 and was a step up from "imbecile" (IQ of 26-50) and two steps up from "idiot" (IQ of 0-25). The word moron, along with "retarded" and "feeble-minded" (among others), was once considered a valid descriptor in the psychological community.

==================

The use of the word 'idiot' is senseless when applied to a person entering complete sentences onto a keyboard.

Sometimes people may use the word idiot as a colorful expression to deride another’s poor use of reason but that would only make sense when a greater knowledge base is demonstrated or better application of reason, which you have not offered.

Another possibility would be that someone has heard it so often applied to themselves, they come to misunderstand the language function and assume it is supposed to be placed at the beginning of remarks as a conversation filler. This must be your case, as you so frequently misapply this term and other terms of derision. Anyway, that is certainly the impression you leave on persons reading your crude form of commentary.

FYI,
