Presently, there's just too much going against the market and economy for it to be just a game in which suckers can be lulled into buying. Although it may seem otherwise of late, it's not just a trading vehicle. Rate cuts, hype, and manipulation can only carry us so far. The market ultimately represents corporate health. If that's a gauge, then there's a lot of uncertainty and rampant speculation.
