What a cool house. Its a Craftsman......it was built around 1900. It looks like they did everything right....right fixtures, colors that compliment, etc when they restored the house. Do you know what a house like that with a swimming pool and apts would go for here.....well over a million dollars. People would kill to have it. My fixer at 1400 sq. ft cost more than that house and its no where near as architecturally interesting. Amazing how much prices can vary from one area to another. You should get it. ;-)
