Why is Germany a technology juggernaut? It understands technology economics. This branch of economics (it's my creation) that mixes:
--technology development,
--cunning lobbying,
--peoples reaction to technological trends.
---marketing and reinforcing perception of the foreigners about Germany

Biggest exporter. All without natural resources only cleverly technological brain power applied.

But I don't theorize a la MQ: I give always an example to illustrate.

Note please the Nobel Prize guy who shed light on Ozone layer.
That ozone hole theory is worth gold!

The industry takes the theory and applies it. Pits focus on NOx. Industry goes there and develops catalytic converters, lean burning Diesel engines. The lobbyists go to Brussels and policy makers mandate the technology.

Presto! Another technology to milk for higher prices and royalties.

They know that California is ready to embrace and from there on is just raking up the moolah!

It doesn’t fail! Sure winner.

I can recall when they were every autumn saying the forests were dying because of acid rain. I thought it was BS. And it was. It was just a campaign to harness populatioon brians to sped more money in more expensive cars that emodied new technologies.
No one is taling about forests dying anymore.

I bet no one is liming lakes either.
