Speculatius. I'm still digesting CPX report.

I've taken on a few more shares of ESV this morning.

With CPX, I'll either look to add now, or just hold.

Sold a full position in HPT. Hotel REIT with 1/3 of it's assets in Travelcenter (trucking stations). I am concerned about the latter and sold. instead i purchased 1/2 position in SHO another high quality (IMO) Hotel Reit, trading at about 10x EV/FFO.

SHO's dividend yield is about 8.5% and a little lower than HPT but I like the piece of mind that I don't have to worry about the health of one large tenant (TA in HPT's case).
FCH is another hotel REIT, i have been looking at that looks like a great value.

I also own AHT but leverage is a little high imo. I keep this one a small starter position.
